• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of Delivery.
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
• Any merchandise purchased at clearance price are non-refundable.
• Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method ( i.e. credit card, Paypal, Amazon Payment ) will require a handling & processing fee of $2.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.• Please contact our Returns and Exchanges Department by email RED@XtraFlyApparel.com before sending any returns. make sure to include your order number in the subject line.
• We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized for return will be refused/shipped back.
• Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order ( i.e. Sizes, colors, quantity ) prior to finalizing your purchase.
REFUNDS• Refunds will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
• Few refunds are subject to a $2.99 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount if necessary.
STORE CREDIT• Store Credit can only be used online at www.XtraFlyApparel.com
• Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
• Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method.
• Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
• Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
• Store credit never expires.
• Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
• Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
• To view your Store Credit balance, log into your XtraFly account. Your Store Credit balance will be displayed on the “My Account” page.
