INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
All orders are processed and shipped in 1 Business Day. International orders shipped via FedEx are typically delivered within 2-7 business days from the date that it is shipped, depending on your country and selected delivery service. For standard shipments through USPS, please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking info. once your order has shipped.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL COUNTRIES)
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The buyer of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which maybe levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the buyer, in order for your package to clear your local country customs. These fees are paid to the local shipping carrier of your country and are not collected by XtraFlyApparel.com; XtraFlyApparel.com has no control over these charges, nor can XtraFlyApparel.com predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT FEE DISCLAIMER (USPS)
Once all packages leave the United States they are no longer in the hands of the United states postal service (USPS). It is in the hands of your specific countries postal service. This process can take anywhere from 1 weeks to 2 weeks.
We are not responsible for any customs charges or any other international fees that are not associated with Shopify or PayPal or Amazon Payments or Apple Pay. Customs and duties charges will solely be the responsibility of the buyer in the event of such fees being imposed.
